To achieve the greatest sharpness possible with our Iki Ruixin Pro™ , we recommend the use of oil stones with high grit size (>3000#) to ensure maximum sharpness.Â
Oil stones are traditional sharpening stones. They are long wearing and are available in a variety of sizes and grits. We recommend using honing oil to lubricate the stones.
This package contains additional oil sharpening stones for the Iki Ruixin Pro™ knife sharpener.
