The Master Sado is one of the most beautiful knives WASABI has to offer. It is handmade and limited to 150 pieces.

In a vacuum heat treatment 73 layers of high quality Damascus are wrapped around a stable 10Cr15CoMoV core. The blade is then shaped and hammered by experienced master blacksmiths. Finally, the blade is sharpened by hand. This results in an extremely sharp knife with a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC. This complex process also ensures a long-lasting sharpness, which takes your cooking to a new level and increases your pleasure.

The ergonomic handle is hand polished and mainly made of high quality American Ironwood. Towards the blade small details are added in an elaborate process using stable wood as well as G10. The knife comes with a finely crafted hand-carved Italian stitching, which is made of vegetable tanned leather. It is the ultimate knife that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. 

The chef's knife is the all-rounder among knives: its wide, strong blade glides smoothly through fish and meat and shreds even the hardest vegetables. A chef's knife also handles chopping herbs and nuts with ease: Simply place the tip of the knife on the cutting board and move the blade up and down. With so much flexibility, it's no wonder that a chef's knife should be part of the basic equipment of every kitchen.
