The Lani Slicing Knife is a cutting master. This knife is full of history and generations of experience from professional blacksmiths who created a new standard of craftsmanship. After the complex hand forging process this knife is put through multiple detailed hand inspections to test its quality and ensure that it matches our high standards.
The Carbon steel blade is shaped by hand before being heat treated using the traditional techniques of master blacksmiths. The steel is famous for being tough and durable. The beautiful wooden handle is designed to be very comfortable for the hand grip.
Its long, strong blade glides smoothly through fish and meat and shreds even the hardest vegetables. This knife is tough enough for you to take it outdoor camping or hunting. It can cut so precisely that it cleanly slides through the fine fibres and preserves the valuable meat juices. Make sure you clean and dry the knife immediately after usage to ensure it lasting for a lifetime!

For optimal, long lasting sharpness we recommend you storing your knives using a knife block and sharpening your knives regularly using a whetstone or sharpening steel. With this knife I sliced through the last brisket so smoothly, would recommend it to every passionate BBQ Chef!
Forged carbon steel knife. Has a natural tendency to rust, it is not stainless steel. After use, it is better to wash and wipe it immediately. Wooden handle, dishwasher is contraindicated. Next to the usual knives this one looks brutal. This is a knife that can be brought to the state of razor sharpness and it will keep it. My expectations are justified.
